Sign in with the work email your admin invited. Construcheck has three roles: workers file reports and log materials from the field, admins manage sites and operators, and superadmins oversee everything across the company. When you sign in you land on the tab that matches your role — workers see today's directives, admins see the site panel, superadmins see the audit trail.
Tap the red SOS button in the center of the bottom bar. Pick the incident type, add a short description, and let the app grab your GPS location — no manual typing. Add a photo if it helps: the app compresses it locally so it uploads fast even on a bad connection. Reports are encrypted on your device before they leave it, queued if you're offline, and pushed to your admin the moment you get signal.
Open the Material Log tab and choose check-in or check-out. Point your camera at the item's QR code — or use the simulate button on the demo — and the app captures the entry. Same offline queue and same encryption as SOS reports: log it now, sync later, nothing lost if you lose signal on the way back to the trailer.
Construcheck is offline-first. Everything you file goes into an encrypted local queue on the device — AES-GCM with a session key that never leaves the browser. When the network comes back, the queue drains automatically. You can also flip the network toggle in the header to force offline mode when you want to test how the app behaves on a low-signal site.
Admins see every operator on their sites, worker assignments, and open reports in one panel. Each site has its own 30-day billing cycle. A company can have up to 7 admins, and up to 2 of them can be flagged as majors with elevated privileges. Superadmins get the audit trail across every site, including a decrypted log viewer for reviewing sensitive incident detail. Both roles keep the same encryption guarantees as workers — nothing sensitive is stored in plain text at rest.
